Give an absolute acquisition count
We dug through our campaign database to see what NeoReach has actually delivered for clients over the past decade.
We know the team personally and have worked with them for years, but friendship does not come with a free pass at Influencer Strategists. The numbers still have to hold up.
So, this is not a polished partner tribute. It is our candid and brutally honest assessment of where NeoReach performs, where the evidence is strongest, and where buyers should ask harder questions.
But there is literally 100s of campaigns, with a total spend of 250m+ USD. So we had to be thorough in our analysis. NeoReach is an OG in the influencer marketing space. We have taken 18 case studies, to really dig deep into how NeoReach work and what performance they deliver.
Question | Evidence-based answer |
|---|---|
What NeoReach is | A full-service influencer marketing agency founded in 2013. NeoReach reports $350M+ in managed influencer spend, 600+ end-to-end campaigns and access to a 250M+ creator index. |
Where it stands out | Performance-led campaign design, YouTube-led consideration and acquisition, multi-market launches, and operations across enterprise or regulated categories. |
Best-fit clients | Enterprise and growth-stage brands that need creator sourcing, contracting, content, paid amplification and attribution managed as one program. |
Minimum project profile | $50,000 for full-service campaigns. UGC content programs start from $10,000, according to NeoReach's 2026 pricing page. |
Main limitations | All 18 result sets are agency-reported. Spend, attribution windows and ROI definitions are not consistently disclosed, and LinkedIn campaign evidence is absent from this 18-case sample. |
NeoReach results at a glance
The portfolio combines large awareness programs with a smaller but material body of commercial outcome reporting. Every campaign publishes at least one scale metric. The evidence becomes thinner farther down the funnel: ten campaigns report ROI or efficiency, five report a direct action outcome, and four disclose an absolute customer or download count.
Direct action outcomes are reported for Blue Apron, Walmart, Clash, USIMS and Casper.
Campaign | Commercial result | What the case demonstrates |
|---|---|---|
FanDuel | 5:1 ROI vs LTV | CPA and revenue-share creator economics |
Walmart | 2x conversion increase | Retail launch linked to website behavior |
Netflix | 2.7x reported ROI | Paid seeding amplified by participatory TikTok mechanics |
USIMS | 371K downloads and 19.5K customers | Multi-market acquisition with creators, ASO and paid media |
Clash | 250K downloads in one weekend | Time-sensitive launch and cultural momentum |
Blue Apron | 2,200 customers and 1.9x ROI | Promo-code attribution and product demonstration |
Casper | 2,500 customers and 2:1 direct-sales ROI | YouTube consideration content tied to a single destination |
Portfolio composition
Instagram appears in nine campaigns, making it the broadest execution channel in the sample. TikTok appears in seven and YouTube in six. The platform roles differ: Instagram is used across local retail, family and direct-to-consumer work; TikTok is concentrated in launches and cultural participation; YouTube carries the clearest body of consideration and acquisition evidence.
Eight cases come from consumer retail and direct-to-consumer categories, while four come from entertainment and media. This makes the published portfolio most persuasive for consumer-facing briefs. Technology, telecom, sports, wagering and financial services broaden the evidence beyond lifestyle marketing and show that NeoReach can work in categories where product explanation, compliance or fixed event timing shapes the brief. Client categories are normalized by Influencer Strategists for this review.
Reported return across ten campaigns
Ten campaigns publish a return or efficiency ratio. The reported range is 1.5x to 5x, with a median of 1.96x. That median is descriptive rather than a portfolio return. The denominators differ: FanDuel reports ROI against lifetime value, Casper reports direct-sales ROI, and several campaigns use influencer media value. Spend and attribution windows are not consistently disclosed.

1.96x
Median reported ratio (descriptive only)
Campaign | Ratio | Reported basis |
|---|---|---|
FanDuel | 5x | ROI vs lifetime value |
H&R Block | 3x | Reported ROI |
Netflix Cobra Kai | 2.7x | Reported ROI |
SearchKibble | 2.3x | Reported ROI |
Casper | 2x | ROI on direct sales |
HISTORY Channel | 1.92x | Reported ROI using IMV |
Blue Apron | 1.9x | Reported commercial ROI |
Market by Macy's | 1.6x | Reported ROI |
IMC Toys | 1.6x | Reported ROI using IMV |
A&E Networks After Jackie | 1.5x | ROI on influencer media value |
Acquisition and conversion evidence
Six campaigns carry the strongest commercial signals. Four publish absolute acquisition counts, one publishes a conversion lift, and FanDuel reports an efficiency result tied to customer acquisition. These cases provide more useful buyer evidence than the larger awareness figures because the outcome is closer to revenue.
Campaign | Action outcome | Attribution mechanism | Important caveat |
|---|---|---|---|
FanDuel | 5:1 ROI vs LTV; 10x lower acquisition cost | Individual creator referral tracking and CPA revenue share | Customer count and spend are not disclosed |
Blue Apron | 2,200+ new customers from 42K clicks | Unique creator promo codes | Attribution window and cancellation behavior are not disclosed |
Walmart | 2x increase in conversions | Campaign traffic and onsite behavior | Baseline conversion rate and platform split are not disclosed |
Clash | 250K+ downloads in one weekend | App Store destination during a coordinated trend moment | External reporting supports rapid growth but not campaign-level attribution |
USIMS | 371K+ downloads; 19.5K+ customers; 31.88% App Store conversion | Creators, paid media, ASO and app-store conversion | Contribution by channel is not separated |
Casper | 2,500+ customers; 2:1 ROI on direct sales | Creator calls to action routed to one website and trial offer | Tracking method and sales window are not published |
What buyers should take from the conversion cases
NeoReach's strongest performance work uses an explicit response mechanism before content launches. FanDuel tied creator compensation to verified referrals. Blue Apron used individual promo codes. Casper sent traffic to a single destination with a 100-day trial offer. USIMS paired creator demand with App Store optimization. The common feature is not a particular platform; it is a short, measurable path from creator content to action.
The published evidence does not establish a universal NeoReach conversion benchmark. It does show repeated experience designing creator programs around actions that can be tracked. A prospective client should still require the proposal to define source-of-truth data, attribution window, incrementality method and the treatment of organic or paid amplification.
Five patterns across the campaign portfolio
1. Performance models extend beyond reach
More than half of the sample reports an ROI or efficiency ratio. The best cases use creator-level mechanics that make the commercial event observable: promo codes, referral links, app-store actions or a single website destination. This is more persuasive than post-campaign media-value calculation alone.
The distinction matters. HISTORY Channel's 1.92x and IMC Toys' 1.6x ratios use influencer media value, while Casper's 2:1 ratio is described as return on direct sales. Buyers should treat both as useful but different evidence classes. Direct revenue attribution supports a stronger commercial claim than estimated media value.
2. Operations scale from focused rosters to multi-market systems
Thirteen campaigns disclose creator counts. The range runs from four local fashion creators for one Market by Macy's location to 92 creators for Blue Apron's national acquisition program. The median disclosed roster is ten creators. That range suggests NeoReach can right-size execution rather than applying one roster model to every brief.
3. YouTube carries the clearest consideration evidence
YouTube appears in six campaigns. Three of the strongest direct-response cases use it: FanDuel, Blue Apron and Casper. The format fits products or decisions that require explanation, objection handling or repeated mentions. Casper used long-form reviews to explain online mattress purchase and its 100-day trial. FanDuel used an always-on seasonal structure, while Blue Apron combined demonstrations with trackable codes.
4. Platform choice follows the behavior required
TikTok is used for participatory launches, account growth and culturally timed distribution. Netflix's branded filter and hashtag invited replication. HISTORY Channel used creators to solve a cold-start audience problem. Clash relied primarily on X and Instagram to exploit a short-lived platform conversation and route demand to the App Store. Market by Macy's used local Instagram creators because national reach would have been wasteful for a single store opening.
Platform | Observed role in the sample | Representative campaigns |
|---|---|---|
Local reach, retail demonstration, family content and multi-channel support | Macy's, Byrna, FIFA, Just Play, USIMS | |
TikTok | Cultural participation, launch momentum, account growth and short-form storytelling | Netflix, After Jackie, SearchKibble, HISTORY |
YouTube | Consideration, product explanation, long-form endorsement and performance | FanDuel, Blue Apron, NVIDIA, Casper |
X | Live moments, coordinated trends and cross-platform follower actions | NVIDIA, Investigation Discovery, Clash, H&R Block |
Twitch | Live event attention and access to gaming audiences | NVIDIA, Blue Apron |
5. Vertical breadth includes complex categories
The portfolio includes gambling, personal protection, tax preparation, global telecoms and live sports. In these categories, channel policy, compliance, timing or localization can shape the campaign before creative development begins. Byrna excluded TikTok because of content restrictions. H&R Block relied on long-form finance creators. USIMS used native-language creators across 16 languages and regions. FIFA used first-person access to answer skepticism about the host destination.
Where NeoReach is strongest
Capability | Evidence in the 18 campaigns | Assessment |
|---|---|---|
Enterprise influencer marketing | Work for Walmart, Netflix, NVIDIA, FIFA, H&R Block and HISTORY Channel; official reporting cites 600+ end-to-end campaigns | Strong breadth of recognizable clients and operating contexts |
Performance and conversion | 10 ROI or efficiency cases; 5 direct action outcomes; 4 absolute acquisition counts | Strongest differentiator in the published evidence |
Technology and gaming | NVIDIA, Clash and USIMS; official site also highlights TikTok, Robinhood and Lenovo | Credible for launches, installs and technical audience fit |
Entertainment | Netflix, A&E, Investigation Discovery and HISTORY Channel | Strong evidence for cultural moments, premieres and account launches |
Sports and regulated categories | FanDuel, FIFA, Byrna and H&R Block | Evidence of policy-aware channel selection and fixed-window activation |
Retail and consumer launches | Walmart, Macy's, Blue Apron, Just Play, IMC Toys and Casper | Broad consumer proof from local openings to national acquisition |
The most defensible market position
The evidence supports describing NeoReach as one of the most established performance-focused influencer marketing agencies serving enterprise brands in the United States. It also supports category-specific leadership claims in performance-led creator campaigns, YouTube consideration programs, enterprise consumer launches and multi-market activation.
The evidence does not support describing NeoReach as the single leading influencer marketing agency across every buyer need. Influencer Strategists' own index currently scores NeoReach at 63 out of 100, with industry recognition at 8 out of 25. A narrower claim is both more credible and more useful to buyers.
Who NeoReach is best for
Strong fit | Why |
|---|---|
Enterprise and scaled growth brands | The model is built around full-service strategy, creator operations, content, paid amplification and measurement. |
Campaigns with a defined commercial action | The best evidence appears when the brief includes downloads, customers, referrals, conversion or direct-sales ROI. |
Technology, entertainment, retail, gaming and sports | These categories have the deepest named-client and case-study coverage in the reviewed sample. |
Multi-market programs | Netflix, FIFA and USIMS show experience coordinating creators across countries, languages or regional audiences. |
Teams that want one accountable operator | NeoReach positions one senior team across casting, contracting, content, amplification and attribution. |
Who may not be the right fit
Potential mismatch | Reason |
|---|---|
Small local businesses | The full-service minimum is $50,000, which places the core offer above many local campaign budgets. |
Very small gifting programs | The operating model and published cases center on managed campaigns rather than lightweight product seeding alone. |
Brands seeking only self-service software | NeoReach's reviewed proposition is a managed agency model. Buyers seeking software-only access should assess platform alternatives separately. |
Projects without measurement readiness | The strongest value appears when conversion destinations, tracking and source-of-truth data can be agreed before launch. |
Buyers requiring independently audited benchmarks | The case metrics are agency-reported and do not provide a consistent independent audit trail. |
NeoReach compared with other agency models
The comparison below uses the Influencer Power Index, which scores creative quality, client impact, industry recognition and revenue and growth on 25 points each. It compares agency models rather than forcing one winner across all buyer needs.
Agency | IPI score | Model strength | Best-fit buying context |
|---|---|---|---|
NeoReach | 63 | Performance-led enterprise execution with documented ROI, acquisition and launch cases | Brands that want managed creator operations tied to a measurable action |
Viral Nation | 74 | Large creator ecosystem and broad social-first execution | Brands prioritizing scale, commerce and integrated social programs |
YKONE | 84 | Luxury specialization and international operating footprint | Luxury, fashion, beauty and travel brands requiring market-specific cultural execution |
Whalar | 96 | Creative and cultural scale with strong independent recognition | Brands prioritizing creator-led culture, community and high-profile creative work |
22/25
NeoReach client impact score
8/25
NeoReach industry recognition score
NeoReach's client impact score of 22 out of 25 is close to the comparison group. Its main scoring gap is industry recognition at 8 out of 25. More independent client validation, award performance and third-party coverage would strengthen the broad market-leadership claim more than additional partner-authored praise alone.
Methodology and evidence quality
Campaign selection
The review covers all 18 NeoReach campaign records displayed on the Influencer Strategists NeoReach profile on 11 September 2026. The sample is a published-case portfolio, not a random sample of every NeoReach engagement. It therefore measures the quality and breadth of disclosed evidence rather than the average performance of all agency work.
Metric normalization
Influencer Strategists classified each campaign by client category, channel, creator roster, top-funnel metric, direct action outcome and reported ROI or efficiency. Reach, impressions, views and hashtag views remain separate concepts. The review does not sum them into one audience figure. Multi-channel campaigns count once for every explicitly named platform.
The median reported return ratio is included as a descriptive portfolio statistic. It is not an audited blended return because campaign definitions differ. Netflix's 4.6 billion hashtag views are also kept separate from its 2.8 million paid-content views, since participatory hashtag totals cannot be attributed wholly to the paid creator roster.
Proof classification
Evidence class | Count | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
Agency-reported metric set | 18 of 18 | Every campaign result traces to NeoReach or agency-provided case material. |
Public execution artifact or external context | Several | Public posts, videos, brand launches or external reporting can corroborate execution or timing without validating every metric. |
Independent campaign-level audit | 0 of 18 | No case provides a complete independent audit of spend, attribution and commercial outcome. |
Research limitations
Campaign spend is rarely disclosed, which prevents CPM, cost-per-acquisition or incrementality comparison across the portfolio.
Attribution windows, control groups and conversion definitions are not consistently published.
ROI is not one standardized metric across the sample; direct sales, lifetime value and influencer media value are used in different cases.
The sample contains no explicit LinkedIn campaign case, even though NeoReach lists LinkedIn as a supported channel.
The portfolio reflects work selected for publication and may overrepresent successful or highly presentable campaigns.

Editorial conclusion
NeoReach's published portfolio supports a strong, specific market position: an established performance-focused influencer marketing agency for enterprise brands, with meaningful evidence in acquisition, YouTube-led consideration, entertainment launches and multi-market execution. The commercial evidence is deeper than a reach-only portfolio, but the absence of consistent independent verification limits any claim that NeoReach is the single market leader across all agency models.
