Purpose and Values
The Influencer Strategists community exists to foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and professional excellence in influencer marketing. All members agree to uphold the highest ethical standards, operate with integrity, and contribute positively to the reputation of the industry and the community.

Be honest and transparent in all professional dealings.
Respect
Treat others with courtesy and dignity.
Accountability
Take responsibility for actions and uphold commitments.
Collaboration
Support and uplift fellow members for collective progress.
Conduct themselves in a manner that enhances the reputation of Influencer Strategists and the wider industry.
Avoid defamatory, discriminatory, or abusive language or behaviour in any forum, event, or communication channel associated with the community.
Represent their clients, brands, and audiences truthfully without misrepresentation or manipulation.
Comply with all applicable advertising regulations, data protection laws, and intellectual property rights.
Professional Behaviour
Members must maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions and activities related to the community.
Transparency and Disclosure
Honesty and transparency are fundamental to maintaining trust within our community and the broader industry.
Always disclose commercial relationships, sponsorships, or gifted collaborations clearly and in line with ASA, CMA, and other relevant guidelines.
Be honest about performance metrics, follower statistics, and campaign results.
Refrain from misleading stakeholders through fake engagement, fabricated data, or unauthorised endorsements.
Ensure sign-off agreements are in place with creators or brands that allow the sharing of content and campaigns.
Confidentiality
Respect the confidentiality of all shared business information, strategies, and discussions within the community.
Do not share proprietary or sensitive material from members or partners without consent.
Members must declare any potential conflicts of interest where personal, professional, or financial interests could compromise impartiality.
Refrain from actions or affiliations that could bring the community or profession into disrepute.

Reporting Misconduct
Members are encouraged to report any breaches of this Code to the community administrators.
All reports will be treated with confidentiality and fairness.
The Influencer Strategists team reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or removal from the community, for any breach of this Code.
