About the campaign

BAZZAAL ran creator seeding for SKIN1004 from March 4 to May 21, 2026, and 313 creator profiles reached 3.6M people. SKIN1004 is the Korean skincare brand behind the Madagascar Centella line. It wanted to increase brand awareness and product discovery through creator-generated content. The campaign belongs to an always-on program the agency has run with the brand since 2023.

The agency activated beauty, skincare and UGC creators, who received SKIN1004 products to review on their own channels. Creators posted Instagram reels, feed posts and stories, tagging @skin1004official. Featured posts presented the Madagascar Centella TECA toner, ampoule and cream as one routine. The agency cast a new creator list each month, shipped product internationally and tracked every placement. Featured creators include ninikhutchua_, whereiskhatia and anuki_kukava.

The agency reports 453 media placements across the campaign. Reach was 3.6M and impressions were 4.3M. The engagement rate was 2.95%, and earned media value was $163,697. Across the wider program, eight featured posts from June 2025 to May 2026 drew 2.8M+ combined views on Instagram and TikTok.

Case in 60 seconds

SKIN1004 wanted to grow brand awareness and product discovery through creator content, and relying only on a small group of paid creators would not give the brand the volume of social proof it was after.

Skincare shoppers judge a product by how it feels on another person's skin, so hundreds of creators describing texture and routine carry more proof than one polished endorsement could.

Treating the product itself as the offer, BAZZAAL sent SKIN1004 products to hundreds of creators to review on their own channels, through a monthly cycle that casts a new creator list each time.

From March 4 to May 21, 2026, approved creators published Instagram reels, feed posts and stories tagging @skin1004official, presenting the TECA toner, ampoule and cream as one routine for redness and a sensitive skin barrier. BAZZAAL cast each list from a questionnaire brief, shipped product internationally and tracked every placement, recasting any shortfall the following month.

BAZZAAL reports that 313 creator profiles posted 453 media placements, reaching 3.6M people with 4.3M impressions, a 2.95% engagement rate and $163,697 in earned media value.

Strategy Breakdown

Skincare-focused audiences on Instagram, including people concerned with redness and a sensitive skin barrier, reached through beauty, skincare and UGC creators.
Large seeding drops often produce visibility that nobody can account for, so the program was built around tracking each placement and delivering a report after every monthly campaign.
SKIN1004 supplies the product, answers the brief and approves the creator list, while BAZZAAL owns casting, cross-border shipping, tracking and reporting, so the brand stays out of the operational work.
Creators described the TECA products in sensory terms such as lightweight, non-greasy, soft and calm, which gives a sensitive-skin audience the texture detail that a product shot cannot carry.

Why Bazzaal's strategy worked

  1. 1

Framing three products as steps in one routine lets a single post introduce the toner, ampoule and cream together, so each placement also explains how the line fits into a skincare routine.

  2. 2

Volume in seeding comes from process, because a fixed monthly casting target, an approved creator list and a carry-over rule for shortfalls keep content arriving month after month.

  3. 3

Leaving content rights with creators keeps the program a gifting arrangement, so any reuse in the brand's own channels is agreed separately with the creator who made the post.

  4. 4

An always-on program can follow a brand's whole range, because each monthly list can carry a different line, which is how the work moved from the Poremizing line to the TECA line.
