Case in 60 seconds
Revolutions needed local awareness, engagement and footfall for Playhouse, its new hospitality venue in Northampton, so We Are SNS was tasked with coordinating influencers to attend launch week and share the venue across social media.
The campaign turns on proximity rather than scale, because a venue built around games and activities is something to visit, so the agency cast Northampton influencers whose audiences matched the Playhouse target demographic.
The organising thesis was to let local influencers experience Playhouse at peak times and show it on video, so the venue reached nearby audiences as an authentic experience rather than as an advertisement.
Using its in-house platform, The Blogger Programme, We Are SNS identified influencers in Northampton and surrounding areas whose audiences aligned with the Playhouse target demographic. Over launch week the 7 influencers visited at peak times and produced 30 pieces of video content on food, drinks and gaming, shared across Instagram Reels, Stories and TikTok.
We Are SNS reports that the campaign generated more than 43,000 impressions and over 1,000 website click-throughs during launch week, while the page cites Instagram Saves without a count and gives no footfall figure.

Why We Are SNS' strategy worked
- 1
Casting by location and audience fit rather than by following suits a venue launch, because the brief measured success in local awareness and footfall, which only audiences near the venue can deliver.
- 2
Scheduling creator visits at peak times lets the content show the venue busy and in use, so followers see the experience they would be joining rather than an empty room.
- 3
Website click-throughs give a local launch a measurable step between social content and a visit, which matters when the page reports no count of the footfall the brief asked for.
