Armani Beauty x Collectively: Creator Relations at Scale
Influencer MarketingA two-track creator program pairing paid influencer activations with a gifting-led advocacy engine to lift Armani Beauty's share of voice and influencer ranking.
About the campaign
Premium beauty brands risk looking absent or stale in fast-moving social feeds when they rely on occasional paid campaigns, and Armani Beauty needed to lift its influencer ranking and share of voice while keeping a consistent presence, two jobs a single activation cadence cannot do at once. Collectively's structural answer was a two-track system.
A paid influencer track briefed 149 creators, selected for strong view and engagement rates, on video-first evergreen and trend-reactive content that kept the brand close to culturally relevant moments. In parallel, a gifting-led Creator Relations track seeded product to 163 existing brand advocates, on the insight that fans who already post about a product will post more often when gifted directly, converting advocacy into a reliable engine of earned mentions without a paid fee for every post. Together the tracks delivered up to 40 creator posts per month, with paid media amplification layered on top to extend reach.
Collectively reports 312 total influencers, 129 million impressions and 4 million engagements at the program level, with the Creator Relations track alone producing 913 posts and 75 million impressions and paid amplification adding 47.6 million views and 924,000 engagements. The agency also describes qualitative gains in influencer ranking, cultural relevance and brand loyalty; all figures are self-reported.
Case in 60 seconds
Armani Beauty needed to lift its influencer ranking and share of voice while maintaining a consistent social presence — a challenge requiring steady content volume alongside cultural relevance.
A brand that appears consistently in creator feeds at culturally relevant moments builds both share of voice and loyalty; a single activation cadence cannot do both jobs at once.
Collectively designed a two-track system: a paid influencer track for evergreen and trending content, and a gifting-led Creator Relations track to convert existing advocates into a reliable source of earned mentions.
149 paid influencers were briefed on video-first, trend-reactive content while 163 gifted advocates posted organically, together delivering up to 40 creator posts per month. Paid media amplification extended the reach of the combined output.
Collectively reports the program delivered 312 total influencers, 129M impressions, 4M engagements, a 331.95% view rate, and qualitative gains in influencer ranking, cultural relevance, and brand loyalty. All figures are self-reported and unverified by a third party.

Why Collectively's strategy worked
- 1
Treating creator relations as an always-on engine rather than a campaign burst delivered a consistent posting cadence — up to 40 posts per month — which is reported to have lifted share of voice in influencer rankings.
- 2
Splitting the program into two tracks let each do a distinct job: paid influencers handled trend-led content for cultural relevance, while gifted advocates produced earned volume at lower cost per post.
- 3
Screening creators by view and engagement rate rather than follower count aimed to make output perform consistently, which the 331.95% view rate figure is cited to support — though the methodology behind that metric is not explained.
- 4
Gifting existing brand advocates converts latent loyalty into earned content; Armani Beauty's own VIP loyalty program provided a pool of pre-qualified fans to seed.
- 5
Layering paid amplification on top of organic creator posts extended reach beyond what the gifting track alone could achieve, with 47.6M additional views and 924K engagements attributed to that layer.
