Based in London with a team of around 60, Connect Management is a creator-focused agency that handles influencer campaigns from strategy through execution, including influencer sourcing, paid social amplification, and event-tied content. The agency represents more than 150 talents and has run campaigns across Instagram and TikTok for clients including Birds Eye, Aldi, 2K Games, Co-op, and Live Nation, with work spanning food and drink, gaming, retail, and live events. A campaign for 2K Games promoting the TopSpin 2K25 launch combined organic creator posts with paid media to reach 12.5M views and 105K engagements at an 8.0% engagement rate. A festival partnership between Nohrlund and Live Nation at Download and Isle of Wight generated 4.7M views and a 29% engagement rate across two creators. Connect Management was a finalist at the 2024 Global Influencer Marketing Awards for Talent Agency of the Year, and took bronze in the same category in 2025.
