In the middle of his teenage years, when most people worry about exams and friendships, Suhit Amin was fighting for his life. Diagnosed with stage‑3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma at 16, he spent months in hospital contemplating what he wanted to do if he got a second chance. Between treatments he taught himself the mechanics of YouTube, Twitch and esports, helping friends monetize their growing channels. This passion project became the spark for Saulderson Media, the agency he founded at 17—while still undergoing chemotherapy—to connect gaming creators with brands in a more thoughtful way
Unlike traditional agencies, Saulderson Media is rooted in the idea that value flows both ways. Suhit built a proprietary talent roster and campaign engine that uses data and AI to match brands with influencers and to optimise performance in real time. Within a few years he had turned his bedroom start‑up into a multi‑million‑dollar business, managing campaigns for gaming giants, film studios and consumer brands. His resilience continues to inspire the team; he often reminds young entrepreneurs that adversity can be a catalyst rather than a roadblock. Today he speaks at conferences about democratising influencer marketing, and he invests in tools that help creators of all sizes earn a fair living. Europe's premier eSports gaming radio station, FragRadio is the UK's leader in gaming radio. Providing a service for gamers to listen to their favorite music, while playing their favorite game. FragRadio also attend gaming and music events all across Europe publishing press releases. After being quickly promoted to the management team due to my great work ethos and skill in the eSports industry, I took on the role as the Head of Marketing at FragRadio. My main focus is now proactively identifying key community development opportunities within the gaming industry while forecasting needs and implementing solutions across the organisation. I will continue attending events across the UK and Europe. Key responsibilities: • Build ‘trusted’ relationships with gaming communities. • Monitor and drive plugin usage within the partner portfolio by pro-actively offering advice, hints and tips as well as in-depth training sessions. • Actively grow the enabled community. • Assist with and actively contributing to the delivery of quarterly campaigns. • Achieve high levels of quality community engagement. • Pro-actively collect, analyse and share partner feedback with colleagues. • Identify growth opportunities by relaying opportunities back to the relevant team. • Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent service to the partners.
ESL - Turtle Entertainment
ESL is the world's largest esports company, leading the industry across various games with numerous online and offline competitions. It operates high profile, branded international and national leagues and tournaments such as the Intel® Extreme Masters, ESL One, ESL Pro Series, StarCraft® II World Championship Series, as well as grassroots amateur cups, leagues and matchmaking systems. ESL contracted my brand Saulderson Media to work for the ESL Video Network managing influencers and accounts. I worked remotely alongside the team based in Germany managing creators and projects for the MCN, driving the evolution and growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: • Create and drive individual concepts for and around the partners. • Help Turtle to extend their footprint in the Influencer Market by acquisition of new influencers and creators. • Manage, support and become the number one business liaison for gaming influencers on YouTube and other platforms. • Manage, support and become the number one business liaison for eSports clubs, player, talents and other influencers • Become the internal voice of our partners. • Actively work on the acquisition of new valuable partners.
ScaleLab
ScaleLab is an MCN (Multi-Channel Network) based in Los Angeles, United States, which provides tools to optimize and expand our creators' audience, so they can maximize their impact on YouTube and beyond. ScaleLab works with more than 20,000 creators on the YouTube platform across all sizes, regions, and genres. I currently have the role of managing a roster of partners that I personally recruit to the network and offering them advice, services and the tools to grow their channels.

I have the role of managing support requests via the company's ticket system, providing real-time assistance on their website using the live chat widget and generally being the senior in supporting clients. I actively contact potential clients to sell and advertise our amazing services. Unfortunately, due to some personal issues, the owner of the business had to cease trading on August 1st, 2016.

Zychon. | YouTube Network
Zychon was a YouTube Network consisting of more than 1700 content creators, whose total channel statistics added up to 1,870,000 subscribers, 421,000,000 views and 77,000 videos. I worked closely with the CEO to assist him with the day-to-day operations of the network such as generally managing the network, onboarding channels, offering support to partners, planning new business developments, sealing deals with companies, assisting partners managing our subnetworks, creating business relationships with companies and more. This is how I elevated the network forward to a success. In the time that I was working at Zychon we successfully grew it to become a VIP network under the MCN Freedom!. I focused on managing the 10 sub-networks in the Zychon umbrella, assisting them to grow and answering and solving any problems they may have. I recruited new networks to Zychon and help channel people's entrepreneurial spirit into their own company.
