Rafael Schwarz is one of a kind marketer who built his career inside some of the world’s most recognisable consumer goods companies. Born in Vienna and educated at the University of Vienna and the University of Cologne, he spent more than two decades in senior roles at Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, Mars and Henkel, where he launched brands, managed P&Ls and led cross‑border teams. In 2013 he joined Territory Influence, a Bertelsmann group company, where he now serves as Managing Director (Executive Director Sales & Marketing), overseeing teams across Europe and leading multimillion‑euro social media and influencer marketing programmes for enterprise clients.
