A self-described tech nerd, Chelsea merged her passions for technology and marketing when she co-founded TechMode in 2016. The agency works exclusively with tech companies—from cloud services to 5G and IoT providers—helping them build influencer programs that translate complex products into compelling stories. Chelsea has cultivated large communities on Twitter and LinkedIn, engaging with developers, analysts and thought leaders, and she has been recognised on industry lists such as Onalytica’s 5G and Cloud Influencers. She believes B2B influencer marketing is about long-term relationships and deep domain expertise; as such, she often collaborates with engineers and product managers to craft authentic content. Outside of her agency, Chelsea mentors women in tech and speaks at conferences on digital transformation and tech-for-good initiatives.

At the Developers Alliance, a non-profit advocacy association for software developers, I ran global marketing strategy and implementation, including digital strategy, social media, and events. I helped grow the global developer network to over 30,000 through grassroots community building, engagement, and produced over 135 in-person events.

I helped launch Design3, a game development e-learning portal, planning and executing marketing initiatives growing subscribers to nearly 20,000. I oversaw full-cycle management of the digital marketing strategy, including email marketing, social media marketing, and member engagement programs, A/B testing, optimizing campaigns, reporting, and managing budgets. Design3 was acquired by the Developers Alliance in July 2012.
Daphne's California Greek
I came aboard Daphne’s marketing team to launch the brand’s digital presence on Facebook and Twitter, lead the rebuild of their website on WordPress, and oversee digital advertising campaigns. I supported a top-to-bottom rebrand, including logo redesign, refreshed brand messaging, and marketing strategy. I also managed cross-promotional partnerships and rebuilt the Community Relations programs from the ground up, maximizing and systematizing local marketing programs for 82 restaurant locations.
