Founder & CEO, Audiencly – Adrian Kotowski established Hamburg-based Audiencly after spotting how influencer collaborations could transform brand storytelling. Today the agency represents hundreds of gaming and lifestyle creators and connects them with brands worldwide.
Adrian launched his first influencer collaboration in 2016 and was instantly hooked by the power of creator-driven storytelling. Frustrated by the lack of structured support for both brands and talent, he founded Audiencly in 2018 and built it into a full-service agency that now represents hundreds of creators across gaming, entertainment and lifestyle niches. Leveraging his own background as a gamer and digital-marketing specialist, he designed transparent contracts, personalised campaign strategies and long-term partnerships. Under his leadership Audiencly has expanded from Germany to offices in London and Los Angeles, working with clients ranging from ASUS to Warner Bros. What sets Adrian apart is his belief that influencer marketing should be a win-win—creators deserve fair representation and creative freedom, while brands deserve data-driven results. He continues to innovate by adopting AI-powered matchmaking tools and advocating for ethical standards in the creator economy.
